Vendor Registration

Please read the Terms and Conditions below and complete the Registration Form.

The 2027 Chesapeake Print & Book Arts Fair takes place Saturday, April 3, 2027, 9 AM to 4 PM at The STAR Centre in Havre de Grace, MD. The Fair moves indoors this year and is co-located with the Havre de Grace Postcard & Civil War Show.


New for 2027: every vendor space includes a 6 ft table and two chairs. No tent required.

Applications are accepted through January 31, 2027, and every applicant will hear back by February 15, 2027. Once your application is accepted, you will receive payment instructions by email. Payment is by check, and your space is confirmed upon receipt of payment.


As part of your vendor fee, you will receive promotion across multiple social media platforms. Event details, including load-in times and floor plan, will be sent by email closer to the event.

Terms & Conditions

  • Each vendor space includes one 6 ft table and two chairs. Exact space dimensions will be confirmed with the floor plan. $40 per space.
  • The Fair is held indoors at The STAR Centre. No tents or canopies are needed.
  • Additional tables, chairs, racks, and displays may be brought by the vendor and must fit within the assigned space.
  • Limited electrical outlets are available. Indicate on your application if you require power.
  • The event is held rain or shine. There are no refunds for weather.
  • Vendors take full responsibility for their products and equipment, as well as their own physical well-being. StarrSmith LLC, Glyph Stationers, and The STAR Centre are not liable for any damage or loss.
  • All vendors must bring their own POS or cash system and any necessary supplies.
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting appropriate state sales tax for their products or services.
  • Exhibition hours are 9 AM to 4 PM.
  • Glyph Stationers is permitted to use vendor name, business name, logo, and images for advertising and marketing purposes.
  • Vendor registration is confirmed via email upon receipt of payment.
  • Application submission constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the Chesapeake Print & Book Arts Fair Terms & Conditions.


Vendor Space is $40 per Space.

Payment is due only after your application is accepted. Please do not send payment with your application. Once you are accepted, we will email you instructions for paying by check, payable to StarrSmith, LLC, 212 N. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
