The 2026 Chesapeake Print & Book Arts Fair will be held on the 200 Block of N. Washington Street in the heart of historic downtown Havre de Grace, MD on Saturday, May 9th from 11:00am until 4:00pm. A vendor space is 10' x 10'. Canopies are encouraged but not required; a limited number of 10x10 canopies and tables with chairs are available for rent on a first-come basis. As part of your vendor fee, you will receive promotion across multiple social media platforms. Vendor registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All vendor space (10x10 ft) is $40. $20 for Non-Profits.
- Canopy tents are encouraged but not required. If using a tent, it must be 10x10 ft and installed within your assigned space (white preferred).
- Any tables, chairs, and other display setups must be provided by each vendor. Limited electric power outlets are available. Indicate on your application if you require a power outlet.
- Event will be held rain or shine. There are no refunds for inclement weather; the event goes on as planned. Please be prepared with tent weights and rain protection.
- Vendors take full responsibility for their products and equipment, as well as their own physical well-being. Glyph Stationery and the Havre de Grace Alliance are not liable for any damages or loss in the event of inclement weather or other catastrophic event.
- All vendors are required to bring their own POS/cash system as well as any necessary supplies.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting appropriate state sales tax for their products or services.
- Exhibition time begins at 11am and ends at 4pm.
- Setup begins at 9:30am. Please do not arrive earlier than 8am. Earlier setup time requests must be made one week in advance.
- Breakdown starts after 4pm.
- Glyph Stationery is permitted to use vendor name, business name, logo, and images for advertising and marketing purposes.
- Vendor registration is confirmed via email upon receipt of payment.
- Application submission constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the Chesapeake Print & Book Arts Fair Terms & Conditions.
